One becomes two: stars for Schimkowitsch

Chef Daniel Schimkowitsch receives two Michelin stars for the first time and opens a new culinary chapter for the restaurant L.A. Jordan at the Hotel Ketschauer Hof in Deidesheim.

The award of two Michelin stars is a very special honor for the likeable chef at L.A. Jordan. “I am incredibly happy. These stars are an accolade for me and my team.” Managing Director Ralf Ole Leidner is also delighted with the award: “Two Michelin stars are not only a great statement for our establishment, but also for the entire region. Deidesheim is the secret gourmet capital of the Palatinate, and Daniel Schimkowitsch is quite rightly at the top of the podium here.”
