From Deidesheim in both, a northerly and southerly direction, you can follow
the “German Wine Route by Cycle” and its corresponding markings
“green bicycle, green grape on a white background”.
The route leads through the largest wine-growing region in Germany.

If you want to take a little more leisurely route, follow the markings with the orange “carrot”
on the “Kraut und Rüben-Radweg”. This promises pleasure for all the senses: fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, also in distilled form as brandy or liqueur.
Cycling with culinary pleasure!

A tour on the “Salier cycle path”can also be recommended. Under the “sign of the crown”, it leads through the Rhine plain to the over 2000-year-old cathedral city of Speyer.
