Cooking is both a craft and an art. With us, you can learn one of the most varied and creative professions in the world. Chefs are real culinary experts.

The core of their tasks is the preparation of meals and menus. To do this, they learn all the important working techniques and interesting facts about food.

But cooking is by no means the end of the story, chefs are the professionals for all processes and planning in and around the kitchen: purchasing, storage, menu creation are all part of it. You organize the kitchen and work together with the service team. They always keep an eye on quality and guests’ wishes.

The training period is 3 years.
