Your role and your sphere of influence:

  • Creatives take note – in this position you will not “only” produce. Be part in recipe developing! Bring your ideas along, you are encouraged to get actively involved! Working together with head chef Daniel Schimkowitsch, you will develop new recipes in close collaboration and get involved in fine-tuning of new dishes.
  • you are responsible for the organization of your workstation, mise en place and the preparation of the food
  • Collaboration on the menus
  • you ensure that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen in collegial and professional cooperation with our service team
  • Assistance in the continuous training of our team
  • proper and professional handling of all kitchen appliances and machines
  • Ensuring order and cleanliness in the work area
  • Quality assurance and control of our high-quality products with regard to our standards and all hygiene standards according to HACCP
